We are made of stories.

Through our stories, we co-create our experience of life. Every story we carry, share and transform becomes part of the interconnected human experience on Earth — creating new perspectives, new possibilities and new ways of seeing the world.

I have always been fascinated by the power of a story to make us see ourselves in someone else, feel part of something bigger and create a sense of belonging.

My journey began with a Bachelor Degree of Communications Sciences and expanded into film and TV production. Working in mass media outlet helped me discover how storytelling can create identification. A character, a scene, a voice, an image or even a simple idea can make people recognise something of themselves — and, in doing so, bring people together.

That understanding has stayed with me beyond the screen.

Over the years, my path brought me to work for local government in WA, not-for-profit organisations, Perth businesses and to be part of exciting community projects across Australia, working with people from different backgrounds, cultures and experiences.

These experiences taught me that effective communication is not simply about delivering a message, it’s more complex, because it involves understanding who you are speaking to, what matters to them and how you can create a genuine sense of connection.

My recent studies in mental health and Training & Assessment added another dimension to this journey, and this is where everything comes together through Cosmika.

Because communication isn’t simply about being seen.

It is also about teaching, connecting and belonging.

Like an ever-learning intelligence, our stories evolve as we do. We absorb, expand, reinterpret and create meaning from everything we experience.
